In this program, you will learn the proper speed, timing, power, precision, and accuracy. You will also acquire the proper ranging, striking mechanics. You will build up the ability to attack and counter-attack your opponent(s). You will also gain the ability to execute and maneuverer around your opponent and increase your chances of fighting back.

This relentless style is also recognized as the forerunner of Olympic Freestyle Wrestling (once called Amateur Catch-as-Catch-Can) and Collegiate Folkstyle Wrestling, cementing its place as a cornerstone in the evolution of combat sports.

The TDA Kids Program offers a fresh approach to building confidence—no gi, no belts, no competitions. Kids train in jeans and a Kali Kids shirt, earning wristbands as they progress. We combine Catch Wrestling, Filipino martial arts, strength training, and real-world anti-bullying tactics to develop focus, discipline, and resilience. It’s martial arts reimagined for today’s youth—with a strong emphasis on parent involvement, community, and life-ready skills.
