Anna-Margarita Queza: Is an amazing instructor here at TDA and has grown over the years. She comes with a high level of quality in teaching and training people how to stay safe, healthy, and fit. She continues to grow in her journey of martial arts and self-defense. Anna is our lead women’s self-protection instructor and athletic director. She has a keen awareness for movement quality and focuses on making strength accessible for everyone! She loves being able to empower women and give them the tools they need to succeed in their daily life through self-protection and fitness. Her enthusiasm for people and training gives her a unique approach in her leadership here at TDA.
