HEALTH & FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness training is a unique program based on functional movements. Taking a holistic approach to each session and effectively distribute time between calisthenics, strength training, and cardio. We evaluate your strengths and areas for growth to design the program that meets you where you are and helps you achieve your fitness goals. We incorporate functional movements into the workouts to help you feel your growing strength, endurance, and ability range as you go around your day-to-day life. During our one-on-one or small-group sessions, our instructors make you work hard as they encourage you, sweat alongside you, and celebrate each small victory with you.

We know that walking into a gym could stir different emotions in all of us. Some are excited and feel at home. Guess what? Show us what you got, and we will take you to the next level! But most of us feel intimidated and scared because we have felt like we do not belong in such places. TDA instructors know that each of us has different life experiences, but we all want to be healthy and strong. So, we allow you time to work through your emotions and find your strength and determination as we work with you on your current level of abilities. TDA Fitness offers individual or small-group sessions with one of our fitness instructors. We listen to you and design your workout routine in conversation with you. Our team always welcomes your feedback as we work together to help you achieve your fitness goals.
HOW ABOUT NUTIRTION?
Besides fitness, we offer help with your nutrition approach. We give you real-life advice about dieting, meal planning, and meal prepping.
