To the first hour of our Catch Wrestling Program
This hour of Catch wrestling is blocked off for beginners only. No matter the experience you have in the world of grappling, this section is designed to help you understand the process of our program. You will be scheduled to meet and train with one of our lead coaches Bryan Malatesta or Paul (Geno) Genualdo.
Is there a fee?
No! We dedicate our time to giving you a one-on-one experience with the instructor and a feel of our program. We offer the best grappling program in Dallas-Fort Worth area that is not offered anywhere else. Additionally, Fort Worth Grappling Club is the only school in DFW that provides the authentic Catch as Catch can wrestling by the legendary coaches Billy Robinson, who passed his knowledge to Coach John Potenza, Eric Paulson, Joel Bane, and Jake Shannon.
What is the environment like?
We are a family-friendly environment with amazing people that love the art of grappling: experience or no experience, and we would love to give an on the house complimentary session.
